Like we said in the beginning, Remedy Youth exists to share the LOVE of God with non-believing students. To show them how to answer their calling. Love God and one another.
This website is going to be run by the Youth Pastor Brent and a coming up leader Laura. Driven by the change this Church is going to make in the world, we decided to make a website of the great things Remedy is doing out there. It's going to be easier for the youth to check up on messages they missed, things that are going on in the Church, and for the UnChurched to check it out and be a part of Remedy too. This is also a place for the people who do not like coming to Church or the internet savey, to still get their Daily Dose of Jesus without leaving the house.
We welcome people of all sorts of backgrounds into our Church with wide welcoming arms. Remedy is the kind of place where it doesn’t matter who you are, or where you come from. You can dance as badly as you want to, sing your heart out, and do crazy things and no one will judge you. Because here at Remedy, we’re more than a Church, we’re a family.
We set up all sorts of oppurunities for kids and adults to show the world that Remedy’s Got Talent. I, Laura Mars (who is writing this at the moment), am director of the drama crew we have at Remedy. We put on all sorts of skits to go along with the message that Brent preaches on Tuesdays. Kendra Carter and Jordan Vallance are leaders of the Worship Team (a youth band). We also set up tutoring in the back, and set up all sorts of oppurtunities for kids to let their passion shine.
Remedy cares about each and every one of our youth. There isn’t a youth in our Church that we don’t know the name of and that we don’t pay close attention to.
